What Does Dense Breast Mean?
When having my mammography they say my breast are i had a lump removed they had a hard time

Dense breast means your breast density is higher. Its the characteristic of the breast, just like skin color, hair color, height. Mammogram is the only way to determine your density level. Dense breast comprised of more glandular tissue whereas, less dense breasts have fat tissue. Young women usually have dense breast. The factors that effects the density level of breast are weight, age, menstruation, hormone and fluid retention.
