Do You Think That If Someone Has 7 Dogs And Twenty One Cats ?
If someone has 7 dogs and twenty one cats in a house should the humane society be called on them.

Well, it depends on how well the dogs and cats are being cared for; are they being fed and watered frequently? Do the people have the space to house this many animals? Are their "quarters" being kept clean, are the animals kept clean and groomed, do they have plenty of shade and shelter from the elements? If so, I wouldn't see any problem. Otherwise, a call to the humane society may be in order so they can investigate.
