Once you are in the banshee, you need to fly straight down, moving towards the far end of the base of the middle structure. There are two big circular supports as well as a great connection that lies between the top portions of the two supports. You can land your Banshee in the space that falls between the supports and the connection. There you will see a circle of dancing grunts with the Grunt Birthday Party skull situated in the heart of that circle.

The words on screen that appear are "Grunt Birthday Party". It will give you headshots which makes enemies explode.
