Ah, you don't need to be scared, I don't think. I used to be terrified, to be honest. But I've accepted that there is an end, and I'll deal with it when it comes.
It depends what you believe. I'm a Christian so I believe in heaven and hell but other people believe differently in such things as reincarnation.

Actually, we never "die." We just change form. Our spirit goes to the Realm of the Absolute, leaving here, the Realm of the Relative. There are three phases to the process, but we never lose the ability to "choose" anything at any instant moment. There is a great book out that explains everything by an author named Neale Donald Walsch called, "Home, A Never-Ending Life with God!" or something similar to that title, but the author's name is correct, if you really want to know about death, and the process... This is a Great, Simple Read!

I think you die them come back as another person In your next life I think everyone has pastlives but If your a bad person you come back as an animal...I know this sounds weird to some people its just what I think but some people believe In heaven and hell as well no one can really be sure what happens I guess we will all just wait and see it scary to think about actually
