How To Prime A 7.3 Diesel?

If its a electronic 7.3 (powerstroke) you just crank it for awhile, the injectors will fire and pass out any air in the rails. However, if any work has been done on the HEUI oil system (this helps fire the injectors), you need to open up the oil rail plugs on both heads and crank until oil comes out, then close them so pressure can build up so the injectors can fire. If this is a mechanical 7.3 you simply loosen all injector fuel lines at the injectors and crank until fuel comes out, then tighten the lines back.
