How Can You Clean Swimming Pool Cartridges?

Swimming pool has to be well maintained and regularly for several reasons like hygiene and optimum enjoyment out of the pool. Only then would it provide the users with better comfort and also would help in maintaining the life of the pool equipments. There are usually three types of filters in a swimming pool i.e. sand filter, earth filter and cartridge filter.

In order to clean a cartridge filter, first rinse out the cartridges in the sink. Do it when the pressure on your pump reaches at 10 or more lbs. then replace the rinsed out cartridge back into the unit. Thus it is very simple to clean the swimming pool cartridges. Replace these cartridges in every two or three years. The right time to replace a cartridge is when you start noticing that the pressure doesn't go to its normal range because it is an indication that hard deposits have clogged into the cartridge filter.
