Do You Feel You Receive Sufficient Recognition For The Job That You Do?

I don't feel I am receiving sufficient recognition for my job. I am Assistant Director in Research and Development Department in a Trust. I am also performing duties of HR Coordinator and Incharge IT services. I have Masters degree in computer sciences. I do not have experience according to my degree. I am also handling the computer network. Doing my duties as Network and System Administrator but I don't think that I can fit in any role in other organization.

I also have accounts experience. I am only popular in my organization but no one knows me out of my organization for my brilliance.

NO I don't! But I'm only 17 working part time at McDonalds. But still that's not really good
