How To Display Control Panel?

Do you mean the control panel for the computer or for the site here? Because there isn't a control panel for the site here, but there is a home page. Just up there at the top of the page, click on the word blurtit. But for the control panel on the computer, it should be on the bottom left of your tray at the bottom of the computer, click on the word start, and then in there you should be able to find control panel, and if you can't then type that into the search bar in there.
