The simple way of doing things with Microsoft Power point is to start power point and it will ask at the starting of application what type of slide do you want to use. There are many types of slides like Charts Slides, Videos, Pictures and simple slides. It will also give you option to select a predefined format and add the contents you want to present.
Once you select the slide and add some text or image to it, just right click on it and point to animation. A dialog box will appear where you will have all the contents you have added. You are now going to practice what you erudite in your PowerPoint tutorial. You will create a PowerPoint staging using the following criteria:
You will use the PowerPoint software that you have on your local computer. Or if you do not have PowerPoint on your narrow computer, then go to the Course Information vicinity and hit it off on the link "Microsoft Office access" to see your school's policy on provided that Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). If you have additional questions, contact your instructor.
Visual interest in a slide show is one of the most central things to remember. If you have a boring or visually unpleasant presentation, no one will pay attention to the slide show and your letter will not get transversely. So remember rules like "never use more than three text slides in a row" and "only use a maximum of three fonts, all 18 points or better." This will craft for an original, creative presentation that your viewers will love.
The topic will be of your deciding as long as it meets your school requirements of a proper educational topic. If you want to choose a topic and you are not sure it will be acceptable, email your instructor for agreement. Remember the rules for lexis and graphics in an didactic environment. If you have questions, write to your instructor.

Microsoft power point is very good software for making presentations. It is also one of the best softwares and millions of users are using it and enjoying the facilities it provides. I like power point due to the following reasons.
* You can create presentations with movies, and audio files. It has ability to support video clips. It does not play videos on a separate window. It play videos in its own screen and this affect looks so beautiful. AS no one can say that movies are playing on media player but they look like as they are part of it.
