I need to know if this is a round worm or if its some other worm. And if its spreadable to animals or people?

Worms are normally internal parasites, which live in intestine of an animal. It cannot be a worm but there is a possibility of fleas. Do not ignore it and try to get some fleas spray or powder to get rid of it because they are a major source of spreading tapeworms in animals. Moreover they affect skin and hair of an animal badly. Yes, human beings catch worms also but other animals can catch fleas only. So keep other pets clean and use some flea spray on infected pet.
