What Is A Cheap Way To Decorate A Christmas Tree?

Well, there's candy canes that you can use, ornaments,&& christmas lights..
That's mostly the cheap stuff && the simple things..Hope that this help..

Well one year as a kid something happened to the tree and we had to buy a new one. My parents couldn't afford to completely decorate it with new ornaments so I made origami frogs and fish for the tree and we strung popcorn on thread and spray painted it. It turned out nice and we had fun making the decorations.

You can string popcorn, cereal i.e., Frootloops, Honeycombs.  String dried fruit, different candies, candy canes. Make cookies from Pillsbury dough that you buy in a roll, decorate and hang them. Hang pine cones....I put pine cones on my tree. I get them by the bag in the local hobbie/fabric shop, and they are scented with clove. $2.50 for a bag of about 30 of them. Better yet, go to a park or somewhere where there are a lot of pine trees and get your own pine cones for free.  Tinsel for sparkle.  Go to a craft store and get little jewels or whatever you like and glue around photos for a frame, hang your family pics, baby/school, winter or holiday pics on the tree. Small toys and stuffed animals. The hobbie/craft shop also carries plastic or silk poinsettia's for very cheap price.  Cover your tree in beautiful poinsettia's, ribbons and pine cones. And although my children are pretty much grown, we still make decorations...it's fun.  You can make a gorgeous tree from things around the house.  Have fun~~~

Go to the beach and pick some sea shells.  If that's not possible get a varity bag of hard candies in wrappers and hang them.  String some popcorn.  Have a Christmas get together and have all  your friends bring an ornament for the tree.
