The first TV was invented by Philo Farnsworth. He was only fourteen year old high school student when he introduced the idea of an electron beam that could scan the picture. As Philo Farnsworth is the inventor of first TV however, the credit of introducing modern Television goes to Vladimir Kosma Zworykin, who was an American born in Russia and was working for Westinghouse Corporation in Pittsburgh.
