It takes about 24 to 40 hours to digest food in healthy individuals.Moreover it also depends that what you have eaten.For example it takes long to digest the meat.So,no last answer for this but approximately it takes 20 to 40 hours.

Usually 24 to 72 hours in healthy people. But also like rayoflight and ihra04 said, it depends on what u ate such as beef. Beef is known to take a long time to digest which can cause problems. Other foods take less time, but meat takes a while.
