I Know I'm Ovulating ,it Feels Like It's The Size Of A Softball. When I Cough It Hurts In That Area, Should I Be Worried?

Both ovaries I feel presently, so I know I'm ovulating, but the right one is very uncomfortable - my lower back hurts and I'm experiencing lots of discomfort. When I cough I feel it, when I blow my nose with any strength it hurts. Is this normal. I was fixed back in October 2006, so no pregnancy issues. Last time I had intercourse was May 13th.
