I wanna look great when I`m going in vacation in a month. Unfortunately, I need to lose weight a lot faster then I first thought. Although I have only about a month, I feel like can do it, but I need help. But how?

Have a balanced diet ... Ie: Meat, fruits , veg...
Try to exercise at least 30mins. Every day even if it's just walking and you would be amazed at what a work out you will get with a jump-rope(maybe 10-15 min.) Make sure and eat breakfast it is the most important meal of the day ... Not to much of one thing try to balance it...
