How Much Time Does A Tenant Have After The Judge Has Awarded The Landlord Judgement For Eviction And Possession?

The landlord informed us that we had up until the time of court to pay the past due balance and he would accept it. The night before court we paid the balance in full and dropped it in the drop box but he never came and picked it up even after we called and informed that the money was there. He proceeded with the court hearing and was awarded judgement. What do I do now, he had all our money and we have to move out with no money for another place. What can I do legally?

You can call legal aid if you do not have in money, in your state and tell them you have a question and ask them for sure, they could let you know but I believe its 30 days But you said he never picked the money up, so use that for now otherwise I have seen people's stuff put out in the
    yard.

This is something to hire legal counsel for.  If not, you can talk to the landlord and try to work something out.
