Can You Take Relacore And Phentermine Together?

Probably won't hurt you to take them together but may not be a good idea, either.  They work in opposite ways, so could nullify the benefits that either has to offer.  At the very least, don't take them at the same time of day.

Both of these are weight-loss related products.

Relacore is a herbal supplement.  The basic idea is that it works by inhibiting the production of cortisol; it mellows you out so you don't eat too much out of anxiety.

Phentermine is an appetite suppressent; an amphetamine.  It speeds up your metabolism and gives you extra energy, so you don't want to eat as much.

You could try a dose of Phentermine in the morning; it's advised that anybody taking it only have it in the morning, as it can cause insomnia.  And a dose of Relacore in the late afternoon.  They would be least likely to interfere with each other this way.

Of the two drugs, Phentermine is probably the one to be more wary of.  Nobody is advised to take it daily for more than 12 weeks, as it becomes ineffective over time and may be mildly addictive.  It is contra-indicated for people on certain anti-depressants, and for anyone with a history of allergy, cardiac system conditions or glaucoma.
