Is It Possible For My One Year Old Pitbull's Breasts To Drop And She Not Be Pregnant?
Nipples are larger than normal and are getting milk sacks.

Yes, it is possible for your dog to develop milk sacs and swollen nipples without actually being pregnant. This is called a false pregnancy. If you have no intention of breeding your dog you should consider having her spayed. False pregnancies can increase the chance of cancer later on. You might one to discuss this with your vet in detail.
