How Can You Apply For A Visa If You're In Another Country As A Refugee?
I have friends interested in coming to the US. They are currently refugees in Syria after trying to avoid the violence in Iraq, and aren't sure how to apply for visas since they aren't in their home country.

If they are not in their home country, they need to provide their complete documents to the US Emabssy. And their residential documents of Syria. Rest of the visa requirements are the same.
