The vomiting in dogs is usually associated with diet. They can caught by gastritis easily. Eating of decomposed food, grass, bone, paper foil or plastic can cause gastritis. Some diseases like kidney failure also causes vomiting. It will be good to take your dogs to vit for proper diagnosis and treatment.

It could be their food or if your dogs go outside alone they could have eaten something they shouldn't have you should try the calling the vet and ask them what they suggest to try they will dehydrate quickly without drinking anything if they aren't already dehydrated and if they are they could die especially as hot as it has been they need extra fluids sometimes you can try things that are made for humans like pepto bismol or mylanta try ginger root it is good for nausea. Hope they get well soon.

If your dog throws up water and do not eat, gets really tired and lethargic...Please take your dog to a vet, I read all of the answers here and thinking that it was nothing, left it untaken care of , and it got really really bad!! Last week, my dog almost died because I thought it was nothing according to the answers here.. Turns out that it is VERY COMMON to have pancreatitis, a condition where their pancreas get inflamed and they get really painful, loose their energy, sleep, throw up water, and loose their food appetite. Sometimes it goes away for a short time like a week but comes back worse, and when it does, it can be extremely painful, my dog just spent a week in 5 different hospital and ER hospitals and it was in the upper thousands, so please save your pet, your time and your money and just take him or her to a vet as soon as you can. If I knew what I know now, things would have been a lot better for my dog and less costly. I cannot stress it enough, all of the vets I spoke with say its very common for dogs have pancreatitis all the time and they are extreme pain and it only gets worse so the issue should be fixed as soon as you see them throw up water, loose their appetite and
