McDonald's is one of the biggest fast food chains around the world. It introduced its 91% fat-free patty burger in 1991. It was called "The McLean Deluxe sandwich" and it featured a 91 percent fat-free beef patty. The product was a flop and after 5 years it was dropped from the menu.
