I have tested any tech for this out of body experience, but it doesn't work, It scares the people or Many are afraid that they may die, but it did nothing to me. I tried various methods for it but I saw my body still in my bed. Are you sure this is a paranormal experience or just a joke?

Okay, so others are giving you a hard time, it happens when you touch on these subjects. I have done it, I check on my daughter while we are sleeping. It comes down to whether or not you are capable of it, some people can do it, others can't. Or they refuse to believe that they can. I can fly in my dreams too, with total control of the directions that I move, up, down, left or right. Can you do that? Hope this helps.

I was able to achieve a feeling of floating above my body at various distances. Sometimes the sensation of distance fluctuated rapidly. I wasn't able to get into the girl's locker room. I wasn't able to go anywhere. I am interpreting it as a poorly understood normal experience. I don't see it as paranormal or a joke.

It is very real. Astral projection is brought about by the state of total relaxation, absolute! It can be achieved with time and patience and trying to force it will not make it happen. You cannot die doing this.
