I am pregnant and have an infant in house. My husband has seizures and is disabled now, can we be evicted from our home for back lot rent? A court date has been set for September 5th, 2008.

Unfortunately yes, you can be evicted. But do you collect any money while you're pregnant, and doesn't your husband get disability income? I realize these things still may not be enough to cover your expenses, but it would seem that under these circumstances there's something you can do to at least delay getting evicted and stay on the land a little bit longer.
