What Are The Steps To Hypnosis?
I would like to hypnotize someone to do as I tell them and I would like to know all of the steps and what to say to get them to comply with me.if you could please tell me how to get them to "act like a duck".

Unfortunately, hypnosis is no way can accomplish what it is you are suggesting; it is a misnomer that such a thing is likely or even possible through hypnotherapy/hypnosis. While hypnosis does involve the power of suggestion to the subconscious, it is a wakeful state of only heightened focused attention, and heightened suggestibility and a lessened peripheral awareness. The degree of suggestibility to which you make reference, no matter what you have seen as "stage hypnosis" in movies, is fiction. Stage hypnotism is a form of entertainment for crowds. Due to entertainer's showmanship, many people believe hypnosis is a sort of mind control that it is not. What you see in such displays actually comes from people with a desire to be the center of attention, and the pressure to please are thought to convince subjects to 'play along' in the game.

Well thinks alot I said I would like to know the steps
I appreciate that you would like to know the steps-- but there are no steps to doing such a thing in actual hypnosis. The outcomes and purpose of hypnosis are not as you wish they would be.
