Will A Black Lab And A Yellow Lab Produce Yellow Puppies?

    Yes......My female black Lab was bred with a yellow Lab 2 times.  Her first litter produced 4 black and 4 yellow puppies...2 males and 2 females of each color.

    Well thats encouraging because she was out of a chocolate and a yellow and they had all 6 black puppies :-D I know its lame, but I really hope to get a yellow lab out of her cause i want to name it ducky, hah! Some day, some day :-D

      My lab is black. The couple I got my dog from had a black male and a yellow female. Their litter had 8 yellow and 2 black. I think you have a good chance.

        Yes, they can. But they also can produce chocolate.Even two black labs can have yellow pups.
