Is your dog loosing weight?how much is the dog eating?he / she may have digested something containing poison or has a severe tick bite get the dog to a vet straight away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rabies is only ONE possibility!!!
He may have chewed or ate something he was not suppose to, as all puppies chew on what ever they can find. If this is the case he may have something stuck in his intestinal track. One of my 3 dogs, my pitbull, had that happen to him from a Kong toy he had chewed on 3 months before. While he was chewing on it he must have a piece of the toy and it got stuck where the small and large intestines met. He started out with throwing up foamy water substance and progressed to dark, smelly waste (poop) that could not be released from the body through the intestinal track. His condition resulted in a very expensive surgery which they removed a large area of dead intestines... All from a chew toy! I now only buy chewable s that can be digested in the stomach. I am not saying this is what your puppy has, what I am saying is that it could be anything from minor to serious.
They only way you will know for sure is to call your vet for advice. Don't wait to long as the condition can worsen making it a greater expense. FYI... The human society has vets that are a little cheaper then the neighbor vets. Please keep in mind that our pets depend on us has their pack leader to take care of them... Even when they get sick.
