Should Children Have Equal Rights With Adults?

What do you mean equal rights? Equal rights to what exactly? Run themselves into debt? Drive cars? Get married?
Children DO have equal rights to adults in terms of human rights, but as far as civil rights go, they have rights where that is sensible, but not where it wouldn't work.
Give us an example of what you're thinking of.

I think that Children have an equal right to be treated with respect, provided they are respectful. I believe no cruel or unusual punishment should  ever be used on them. I believe that they have a right to their dreams and their future, but as far as things like driving, marrying, signing contracts and the like, NO. Children need time to grow to understand these things before they can be held accountable for them.

No. Not a chance if they had equal rights it would be chaos, they are to quick to act on instinct and never truly think things through, total disregarded for consequences.
