Depends on the consumption of the drug your diet, water/fluid intake. Normally just a few days, if you did just 1 Valium. But say you did 20 of them in the last 3 days, than you will need a few more days to get those out. Best advice. Drink plenty of fluids, take vitamins that get your liver and kidneys to work faster ( milk thistle, niacin )

Valium is in a class of drugs called benzodiazapines and has an extremely long half life(meaning it takes a long time to get out of the body). Benzos can take up to 21 days to completely leave the body. However, as with any drug, there are many factors that have to be considered regarding the elimination in the body. -As for the answer, READ for yourself from a credible source(medical journals, Physician's Desk Reference, etc

HOWEVER, as with any chemical there are many factors that contribute to ellimination: Amount taken, other substances ingested, diet, liquid intake, activity level--you get the point. Search credible sources such as: Medical journals, PDR (physicians desk reference, your physician, etc.) Please, stop taking drugs, they WILL absolutely ruin your life, take it from me I have lived through hell and know that life has so much more to offer when your coherent enough to enjoy it.
