Can A Tenant Be Evicted In 7-14 Days?
A landlord ask the tenant to sign a letter written by the landlord, to be out in seven days.

Answers
Law varies from state to state. Normally the landlord gives 30 days notice for eviction. You need to study your agreement to see if the landlord can evict in you in a week or not.

Unless it's stated in your lease that the land lord can evict you with as little notice as he fills necessary he has to give you no less than 30 days. On the same hand the tenant has to do the same unless its not stated as being mandatory when vacating the residents.
