Yea thats fine if u CAN even WALK! Some of us have had car accidents & have mobility problems and cant walk as a result of this so how am i supposed to loose weight if i cannot walk properly without crutches? I want to loose weight so it eases the pain in my hips & back & so i can walk down the aisle happy in 9 months as a happy size 14 that i was 3 years ago before some idiot decided to sandwich my car on the motorway not the fat size 20 i am now!! Pls tell me how i can do that without lipo!
