I Have Reinstalled Windows Xp And Now I Have No Sound?

I get an error message when trying to play music and under the control panel there is no audio device found. My PC info is athlon AMD, 1.19 GHz, 480 MB of ram presume i need to reinstall the driver...but how?

    Windows didn't install your sound card because it is not supported by Windows XP. You need the driver for your sound card. If it is a bulit-in board then you need the motherboard CD so that you can install sound driver from it. If it is a separate sound card then you need the CD for this sound card for installation.
