How Are Forest Fires Put Out?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Large fire breaks are made to stop the fire spreading.  Planes and helecopters can scoop water up and bomb the fire from above.  Firefighters can beat the flames out and pour water on the flames.
