I Have Already Received A 24hr. Notice Of Eviction But Have Given Landlord Some Money Towards Rent. Will I Still Be Evicted?
Wanting to know my rights.

Paying to landlord doesn't give any guarantee that you can not be evicted. If by law your agreement is over then you have to leave. But if according to agreement you have time, then no one can force you to evict.

You don't say the reason for eviction or the state you live in, but it is important to your question. If you have violated the terms of the lease, your landlord could be within his rights to evict you. (Even if there is time left on your agreement and you have given him partial money for rent). The best bet really is to contact a civil attorney and ask-- you can usually call a legal aid line for free advice, or consult on the phnoe with an attorney. Good luck!
