There are some precautions you can take to keep away from yeast infection.
Well as you know that this infection develops or increase in the wet surrounding, where the atmosphere is much warmer. So try to change your clothing style, try to avoid wearing tight and fitted clothes, and specially don't wear underwear made of nylon fabric.Try to avoid wearing tight jeans. And also don't wear tight panties.
Try to wear clothes or underwear of cotton material; if you don't have underwear of cotton material then, there is not any restriction that you must wear underwear.When you feel any irritation after using perfumed soaps, creams, all bathing gels then it's confirmed that you are allergic from these perfumed products, so try to avoid using these products.
Try to keep your vaginal area dry. When you are wearing underwear, make sure that it is dry; don't place your underwear in a wet place.
Try to avoid using high antibiotics, pills because antibiotic can damage your body immunity system. Only use these high doses after the doctor prescription.If you are diabetic try to check your blood sugar level regularly and keep it in control.
When you feel any of the symptoms then go to the doctor soon for checkup.

It is so simple eat lots of yummy yogert, make sure it says with natural enzymes. If you don't like yogret go buy some acidolfolus. I know that's not the correct spelling. Its close enough for you to get it though. Also the advice about tight underware panty hose (I always wear thigh highs, you don't get the problem, and I think they look hot too!) synthetic material, man made, will defiantly make the problem worse.
