According to my vet, the warts will go away on their own in 2 to 4 months if left alone. If you want them to go away faster, take a razor blade and slice off a piece of one wart, causing it to bleed. This will cause the body to start developing antibodies to the warts. I did this to my horse and he did not flinch at all when I sliced a small piece off the biggest wart. Hope this helps.
