It would be a good idea to talk to a therapist and find out if there is anything going on there that needs attention before it gets to far gone and you may be institutionalized for a long period of time,talk to someone concerning your concerns and good luck to you......

Just because you think you are mental doesn't mean that you are just by asking this question says you are wondering if something is wrong with you,I wouldn't say you are,if you want a professional to tell you go to a Mental health facility for an appointment to find out if anything is wrong with your thought processes,this should give you a clear account of just how "normal"you are.
