Can A Cat Get Feline Leukemia If They Were Vaccinated?

I am new to blurtit and need an answer to my question. My cat has been losing weight, she will eat canned food if I give it to her, but have not seen her eating the dry food that is out all the time.

If the vaccine did not have the desired effect on her immune system for some reason then she could still catch Feline leukaemia.  Companies who make vaccines would like us to believe they are 100% effective, but this is not the case.
However - your cat's symptoms could be due to something as simple as a sore mouth or bad tooth.  Since she is losing weight you need to take her to the vet.
