What Is The Purpose Of A W9 For A Borrower/co-borrower On A Mortgage Loan?
My husband and I refinanced our home, as always he is borrower myself the co-borrower on the loan documents. Previously both him and me were required to sign w9's listing both of ss#'s on them. This time only he received a w9 and the individual box is checked, is this something I should be concerned with or it is standard??
