Can I Change My Son's Birth Certificate? The Wrong Person Is On It As His Dad.
I was going through a rough stage in my life when i got pregnant for my ex boyfriend then we broke up. I started a new relationship and put the new guy's name on the birth certificate. What can i do to change it?

You have to have legally recognize that there has been a blood test to prove who the father is, then and only then can it be changed. So you have to petition the court to do it. Hope this helps.
