    Tattoo is the method or art of making the design over the body .there are two main types of tattoos .First type is permanent tattoo that are make on the skin .Other type is temporary tattoos which are temporarily make on the skin like hina tattoos or mendi tattoos. The word tattoo takes its origin from the word tatu which means strike or mark. Tattoo is the art which is popular throughout the globe .Whereas in some countries tattoo art is in the fashion form thousand of years. Tattoo art is very famous in the US and European countries people are so much crazy that even the showbiz celebrities have been supporting the fancy tattoos on their body.

    It is also an interesting fact that tattoo art is not only up to fashion worlds; it is also use to differentiate different criminals, political prisoner and animals. With the passage of time there has been many changes taken place in the art of making tattoos as well. The tattoo designers have updates themselves according to the new changes. Some of the most popular modern tattoos using today are, butterfly tattoos, dragon tattoos, star tattoos, mehndi, tattoos, henna tattoos.

      Most decoration is painted on, often a ritual time and in prescribed ways, using natural pigments and dyes. But some adornment requires considerable stamina on the part of the recipient, as in the case of tattooing. A tattooing design drawn on the body, dye is applied, and the colors are forced in to the skin by needles or special instruments.

        I KNOW THEY HURT!!!!
        When i was wanting to get mine done all my friends (liars) told me it didnt hurt, was just like scratching sunburn!

        Tattoos and piercings are originally rituals of many ancient tribes around the world.

        They may look attractive, but I would be careful if thinking about getting one.  If you have conditions that effect your immunity, such as Diabetes, you are much more prone to infections that take a very long time to heal.
