Can My Dog Be Infected With The HIV Virus From A Man That Might Be HIV Positive?
My dogs and another dog got into a fight and the other dogs owner tried to split them up and in the process he was bit and split his finger open and he might be HIV positive but we can not prove that my dogs bit him but my dog had cuts on him from the fight could the virus enter his blood stream from the open cuts?

Your dog cant be infected by this virus because it is termed as Human immunodeficiency virus. It is only present in the humans. Even if anyone is infected by HIV it can not be trasferred to animals for sure.

No never studies has shown that the virus for some reason cannot survive in any animal. Here is an interesting fact - Did you know in the wild, animals never get cancer only in the domestic environment.
