Would need to know what your counter tops are made of to give a more accurate answer, but you can use a razor scraper with a very sharp new blade in it. Hold the scraper at a 45 degree angle and gently scrape the super glue off.

Counter top is granite.
Then you can use a razor scraper with a new blade in it. Just be sure to gently take the glue off. If you scratch the granite, you would have to buff and re-polish the area.
I don't know of any chemical that would remove super glue. Would probably be so strong that it would damage the granite.
