First of all, you need to register yourself with MSN. Sending music or video clips is as good as sending an email. What you need to do is login to your MSN-Hotmail account and choose 'new' to send an email. Go to 'attachments' and select the music file that you have stored in a folder in your computer. As per the restrictions on your web server, you may not be able to send files which exceed 10MB in size. If the file exceeds more than 10 MB in size, then you may need to zip the file with the help of a WinZip extractor. You may also send the file in parts if the size exceeds 10MB. However you do not have to worry much because an average music file is usually 4 or 5MB.
