Ok this can be a few of these choices,
allergies, allergic to maybe shampoo or something,
anxiety, bored.. Stressed maybe when left alone
or SKIN IRRITATION like allergies, probably a step after, take to vet, i recommend oatmeal shampoo....get at walmart or something...
