What Are Some Ways To Help A Person Sleep Better?
I think I may have a problem falling asleep and I never wake up well-rested. How can I fix this?

Quiet time before you go to bed, to relax, and slow the mind down, so sleep comes to you better, turn the t.v. Off, stop thinking about all the stuff that you have to deal with everyday. Maybe relax in a hot bath for a little while. Do some deep slow breathing when laying down too. That really helps me out. Hope this helps you out too.
