How Old Should A Kitten Be Before Flea Treatment?
asked 2 years ago
Answers
Depending on the medicine, anywhere between 6wks to 12wks. I wouldn't believe all the hype of flea medicine from like the stores though. It is best to get flea treatments from a vets office. My cats are totally indoors though, so I don't get them flea treatments.

Just so you know...flea collars do not work. And don't get flea drops from the store, they don't work and can even cause reactions. The best to get is either Frontline or Revolution. Revolution is good to use because it treats ear mites as well as fleas. They should be 8 weeks old before using either.
