Not necessarily. Actually Fettuccine, famous Italian pasta, is available in both forms ~ vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Essentially it is a non-vegetarian dish, though it can be prepared for vegetarian also. Such an example includes the name of Fettuccine Alfredo. To make this dish, you need 10 oz jar Alfredo sauce, 9 oz packed fettuccine pasta, ˝ cup milk, 1 tbsp fresh butter, 1 cup fresh Parmesan cheese. Now mix sauce and milk very well in a saucepan and let it warm over low heat. Now give the butter into it and mix it well. Take another pan and put the fettuccine there into it and cook it. As soon as it is prepared, mix it into hot sauce mixture and toss gently for some time. Keep it in a serving bowl. Apply Parmesan cheese onto it. You have just prepared your very own vegetarian Fettuccini.
