They start to smell, become greasy, and can lead to infections. Also they can produce fungus which can be contagious. Showering's not hard, everyone should do it if they can :D

I only shower once a week and i dont smell. Im healthy and i dont have infections or anything. Only thing is my hair gets a bit dirty.
