There can be two ways of looking at this phrase, one way means you are of no help to me, you are in the way, holding me back or holding me down and on the other hand it could mean that I'm weak for you,when you are around I can get nothing done nor concentrate on what I'm suppose to be doing because I can't stand to be away from you for a moment....the best to you

I dont understand why you have problems with that sentence . My weakness is ice cream and fast Cars .So you see it means that the other person cant resist, he is to weak to resist .
