Saabs use Saab transmissions. And if it is just the normal 900 then its just the normally weird Saab 900 transmission.
On the 900 the engine and transmission are almost one part. There is not really even an engine oil pan, the transmission bolts to the engine there. And instead of having the clutch or torque converter behind the engine it is in front with a chain drive between the two.
Certainly one of the weirder transmissions!
